Am I eligible to get my prescriptions delivered by mail?
If you received an order grouped refill reminder message with a link that allows you to select a prescription for DBM (Delivery By Mail) then you are eligible. Some prescriptions may not be eligible even if they are filled at the same time.
Alternatively, you can also log in using our mobile app or visiting our web pharmacy where you can select prescriptions from the 'Refill from list and Rx Status' page to check eligibility.
How do I place a Delivery by Mail order?
If your prescriptions are eligible for Delivery by Mail and you are enrolled for the pharmacy's text messaging services, you will receive a message from 27104 containing a link to start your order. You can also use the Costco mobile app or Web Pharmacy to place your order.
Verify your identity.
Select your prescriptions to add to the order.
Select your delivery address.
Select your payment method.
Confirm your order.
How long will it take to receive my medications?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notification once the prescriptions are shipped. Your medication usually arrives within 3-5 days after the prescriptions are shipped. If you have any questions or concerns, please call your pharmacy.
Can I have all of my prescriptions delivered?
You can get long-term(maintenance) medications delivered . To be eligible for delivery, you must have a prescription written for at least 1-month supply.
We don't offer delivery for short-term (acute) or temporary medications, such as an antibiotic. There are also limits on delivery for controlled substances.

How do I track my order?
You can track your prescriptions using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation message. You can also track from your account's Order History in the Costco mobile app or Web Pharmacy:
Order Placed - This means we've received your order, and the pharmacy is getting your prescriptions ready to ship en-route.
βCanceled - Your order has been canceled
If you have not received your order within 7-10 days, please contact your pharmacy
How do I use Delivery by Mail for new prescriptions?
Make sure you are enrolled in pharmacy notifications
βOnce your pharmacy receives new prescriptions requests, they will process them and you will receive a notification.
βBased on the drug eligibility, you may be given the option to select DBM as a delivery method for your new prescriptions. If they are not eligible, you will only see store pickup.

How do I pay for my prescriptions?
You will pay using your card on your account. This can be found by tapping on "Account" after logging in and going to Payment Method via the Costco mobile app or Web Pharmacy.
You'll be prompted to add a new card if you do not have any on file while placing the order.
You can choose to use either your credit card, debit card, flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) as a means to pay for your medications.
Can I get my pets' prescriptions delivered by mail?
Currently Costco cannot deliver prescriptions filled for pets.
What if there is an issue with my delivery order or prescription?
If you are concerned about your order, received the wrong prescription, or have other questions about your prescription, you should immediately contact the pharmacy.
What information will be shared with the courier who will pick up and delivery my orders?
Your pharmacy will only share your full name, delivery address and phone number with the courier, for delivery purposes only.
To protect patient privacy, no other personal information or prescription information will be displayed on the tamper-evident delivery packaging or shared with the courier
Does someone need to be home to receive the delivery?
No, you do not need to be home to receive the order.
Does Costco ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO boxes. Please note that shipping charges might be higher for delivery to PO Box address.
Why am I getting an error message that my shipping address is invalid when I know I am entering it correctly?
New homes or developments may not yet be incorporated into our address verification system. Please try your address again. If your second attempt fails, please call our support help line or chat with our team.
Can I change the Ship to Address?
The best time to do this is while you're in process of placing your Delivery by mail order. You can click on "add a new address" once you're on the Address page during checkout.
To Edit/Delete an existing address please call your Costco Pharmacy.
