Am I eligible pick up my prescriptions from the Locker?
If your Costco pharmacy participates in the Rx Lockers services, you may receive an order ready text message with a link that allows you to select a prescription for Rx Lockers. Some prescriptions may not be eligible even if they are filled at the same time.
Alternatively you can also login in to our mobile app or visit our web pharmacy. Click on the blue banner on the "Refill from list and Rx Status" page to check for Locker eligibility and to place the order:
Why am I not seeing other prescriptions available for the locker?
Not all prescriptions are currently supported for Locker pickup. For more information, please contact your pharmacy.
Can I add prescriptions from other Costco pharmacies to the same Locker order?
No. Currently we allow you to add prescriptions from only one pharmacy location at a time. If you have prescriptions that are eligible for delivery at more than one pharmacy, you'll need to create a separate order for each pharmacy.
Can I add my family's prescriptions to the Rx Locker?
No. Currently we only allow prescriptions for a single patient in a locker order. If you are managing other patients' prescriptions via the Costco app or Web Pharmacy, you can place locker orders separately for them. However, those prescriptions must also be eligible for Locker Pickup.
Do I need to be a Costco member to use this service?
No. While members enjoy extra savings and benefits, you do not need to be a member to place an order for Rx Lockers.
How d I pay for my prescriptions?
You will pay using your card on your account. This can be found by tapping on "Account" after logging in and going to Payment Method via the Costco mobile app or Web Pharmacy.
You'll be prompted to add a new card if you do not have any on file while placing the order.
You can choose to use either your credit card, debit card, flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) as a means to pay for your medications.
How do I find the pickup code for my locker order?
You will receive a notification in your preferred notification method (SMS/Push/Email) once Pharmacy has loaded your prescriptions in a locker unit. It will include the Locker Claim/Pickup Code and the location of the Locker unit.
You can find your Locker Claim/Pickup Code in the Order History section on the Costco mobile app or Web Pharmacy.
How do I collect my prescriptions from the locker?
Open your delivery confirmation notification or go to your order history in the pharmacy section on your Costco App.
βLocate the Locker Claim/Pickup Code.
βEnter your Code on the touch-screen display.
βThe correct Locker slot will open and you can take out your Rx package.
What if I cannot pick up my prescriptions from the locker the day I receive the pickup code?
You will have 5 days to pick up your prescriptions from the locker after you receive the locker code.
Once those 5 days have passed, the prescriptions will be returned to stock. If you do not think you will be able to pick up your order in that time, please call the pharmacy to discuss alternative arrangements.
Will I receive a reminder before my prescriptions are returned to stock?
Currently there is no notification sent, but we are working on sending you a reminder before the prescriptions are returned to stock after they've been in the locker for a certain number of days.
